Investor Relations Associate

About This Role

This role involves preparing marketing, investor relations, and financial materials for a New York City-based asset management group. Key responsibilities include creating investor reports, pitchbooks, and competitor analyses, and managing investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and year-end investor reports
• Assist with preparing marketing material for prospective investors
• Build frameworks and questionnaires for prospective investors
• Prepare competitors analysis
• Work closely with the deals, marketing and operations team
• Update and manage all information into the CRM system
• Answer investor questions and respond in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years experience in consulting, asset management, banking or private equity
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
