About This Role

The Senior Finance Associate will support a $5BN real estate private equity group by preparing financial models, generating forecasts, and performing fund analytics. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models
• Create forecasts
• Perform fund analytics
• Work closely with leadership team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and investment teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of finance experience
• Strong modeling skills – previously created models from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills
• Prior experience in the Big 4, consulting, or out-of-banking rotation program

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 4+ years of finance experience
