Manage all aspects of the month-end close process, daily accounting operations, and financial reporting for a fast-growing infrastructure company. This highly visible role will partner with operations, finance, and project teams to drive financial discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Supervise daily accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany activity
- Conduct detailed monthly balance sheet reviews to ensure account accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Analyze fluctuations and provide variance explanations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Partner with operations, project accounting, and FP&A teams to align financial processes with business initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Nice to Have
- Big 4/public accounting experience
- CPA or CPA-track
