Join Enterprise's Impact & Evaluation department to support evaluation and impact assessment work, conducting primary and secondary research, and providing expert guidance to inform program development and measure impact.
Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of evaluation and impact assessment projects, including planning, research design, data collection, analysis, and presentation of recommendations
- Contribute to project management activities, including budgeting, work plan development, workflow management, and client relationship maintenance
- Incorporate principles and practices of participatory and equitable evaluation into research initiatives
- Synthesize qualitative information to identify themes and findings for evaluation results and recommendations
- Prepare evaluation reports, case studies, white papers, and other written materials to communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Travel approximately once per quarter for meetings and site visits
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in city planning, public policy, public health, urban economics or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience evaluating social programs using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods
- Experience in consulting or a similar client-focused environment supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex and varied information from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in city planning, public policy, public health, urban economics or a related field that emphasizes analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience evaluating social programs using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. Advanced degree may substitute up to two (2) years of experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NVivo, Dedoose, Qualtrics, R or other quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis programs
