Program Manager

About This Role

Drive large, complex program management initiatives and foster collaboration across Fidelity Technology to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. This role involves strategic problem-solving and leading change within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex programs and deliver workstreams
• Develop and drive program execution strategy, facilitating effective planning
• Collaborate with leaders to define scope of work and prioritization
• Develop program roadmaps and coordinate release plans
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, escalating as needed
• Facilitate strategic and tactical discussions with product and delivery teams
• Collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
• Create executive-level communications and provide recommendations
• Continuously seek ways to improve program performance
• Manage program timeline and budget

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in consulting or program management roles
• Knowledge of program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Proven experience leading teams or driving large, sophisticated programs
• Strong executive presence and storytelling skills
• Ability to lead a team through complex strategic, analytical, and problem-solving processes
• Ability to build consensus and stakeholder advocacy
• Comfortable engaging with the technical community
• Adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8 years in consulting or program management roles, with at least one year in a project manager role

Nice to Have

• Management consulting, strategy, or similar experience with a large consulting firm or in a strategy group
