Program Manager

About This Role

This role involves partnering with Technical Program Managers to ensure timely delivery of hardware to cross-functional teams, managing distribution logistics, and supporting budget and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional teams on time
• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics efficiently
• Support budget management and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders diligently
• Partner with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping and delivery
• Manage multiple programs concurrently with precision and attention to detail

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
• Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
• Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors, and time zones
