Install Manager - HVAC

About This Role

This Install Manager role focuses on overseeing HVAC system installations, ensuring high quality and safety standards are met, and leading a team of technicians. The manager will coordinate projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice
• Lead and train a team of HVAC installation technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of installations
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed installations
• Maintain documentation for all projects, including contracts, work orders, and inspections

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in HVAC installation and management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their installation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• EPA 608 certification

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in HVAC installation and management

Nice to Have

• OSHA 30 certification
