About This Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers at Sally Beauty, guiding them through their beauty journey with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Explain and enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with potential exposure to fumes and odors.
