About This Role

This Inside Sales role supports day-to-day turnkey construction operations, including order entry, billing, purchasing, and coordination across various internal departments. The position focuses on providing excellent customer service and technical support within the Lumber/Building industry.

Responsibilities

• Process orders
• Run bids and create quotes
• Manage special orders (ordering, processing, and monitoring)
• Provide customer service
• Coordinate production and shipping
• Support the Service Department
• Provide Technical Services
