About This Role

This role involves leading the implementation of an AI-powered MTSS framework across public school districts to drive measurable student achievement gains. The manager will design district-tailored plans, facilitate professional development for educators, and establish support structures to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute implementation plans tailored to each district that maximize adoption of the MTSS framework
• Facilitate professional development sessions that equip and inspire educators to use the solution effectively
• Track implementation milestones and interpret student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
• Collaborate with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support systems
• Conduct on-site training that strengthens relationships with essential stakeholders
• Drive measurable student achievement gains by guiding districts through successful implementation of the AI-powered MTSS framework

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Proven experience interpreting student performance data and delivering actionable recommendations
• Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
