Implementation Manager

About This Role

Lead multiple product implementations across the country, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience with the installation and use of the organization's products within their facilities. This role drives hardware and software delivery, achieves project milestones, executes training, and transitions customers to a Clinical Success Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time, on-cost, with highest customer satisfaction, partnering with operations, product support, and other key contractors
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from sales handoff, initial scoping and planning, through implementation, training, to post-implementation support
• Manage the operational/tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for implementation engagements
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to understand customer needs and ensure solutions are tailored to meet these needs
• Drive necessary improvements within the end-to-end implementations process, leveraging lean tools such as value-stream mapping, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in implementations, project management, or professional services
• Proven experience in managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Know-how of lean tools/methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 80%, on short notice, and as needed for customer engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an implementations, project management, or professional services role.
