IT Manager

About This Role

Manage and scale the internal IT function for a fast-growing AI marketing platform, ensuring efficient IT operations, vendor management, and compliance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT operations for onboarding, offboarding, laptop lifecycle, access management, and device security
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and auditable IT processes as the company grows
• Create urgency for IT issue resolution and serve as the primary escalation point
• Partner with People Ops and Engineering for seamless employee lifecycle support
• Administer laptop refresh cycles, software provisioning, patching, and endpoint security controls
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, including performance, SLAs, and cost effectiveness
• Evaluate and optimize IT tooling decisions across identity, endpoint management, and IT automation
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to ensure IT processes support SOC 2 / ISO compliance needs
• Maintain audit-ready evidence for IT-owned controls and workflows
• Evolve guardrails, automation, and policies to make audits predictable

Requirements

• Experience owning all IT operations across the business
• Meaningful time spent in high-growth startup environments
• Experience owning IT outcomes while working with third-party vendors or MSPs
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS-based IT environments
• Working knowledge of security and compliance concepts
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning it into clarity
• Strong judgment around balancing controls with speed

• Experience owning all IT operations across the business, with meaningful time spent in high-growth startup environments.
