Provide executive-level administrative and logistics support to the Executive Team. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination for CPO and EVP, Corporate Strategy & Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team
- Draft written communication as requested
- Handle travel and expenses
- Coordinate schedules
- Take and maintain meeting minutes
- Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events
- Communicate with external stakeholders including vendors, elected officials, regulators, and quality improvement representatives
- Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a warm and courteous manner
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of organizational procedures and information
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Associates degree or 2 years executive-level administrative experience
- 5+ years experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint preferred)
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to travel at least once a quarter
- Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Strong customer service orientation
Qualifications
- Associates degree; two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
