About This Role

This Human Resources Manager role at Pentair leads HR initiatives across multiple locations, acting as a strategic HR business partner to drive strong business performance. The role focuses on talent and culture practice, supporting the General Manager and functional leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to define necessary HR plans for business execution and results
  • Assess organizational performance, define talent gaps, and propose HR solutions
  • Collaborate on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent
  • Proactively coach leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning, and engagement
  • Support and guide organizational design activities to streamline and implement new structures
  • Manage annual processes for goal setting, performance management, and compensation planning
  • Assist in recruitment activities to drive talent acquisition process
  • Resolve employee relations issues and take steps to reduce their occurrence
  • Assess compliance systems and processes and make recommendations to ensure world-class compliance

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of progressive professional HR experience
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior leaders
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and act as a trusted advisor
  • Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple priorities
  • Experience in company culture development and management
  • Solid project leadership and execution skills

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of progressive professional HR experience
