About This Role

This Human Resources Manager oversees HR procedures, policy updates, and compliance, ensuring positive employee relations and legal adherence. The role involves managing employee grievances, counseling, and conducting investigations to maintain a harmonious and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Human Resources procedures including policy and procedural updates
  • Maintain positive relationships with management
  • Hear and resolve employee grievances, counsel employees and supervisors
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state human resource requirements
  • Conduct audits and maintain HR records in collaboration with Zeeco General Counsel
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Conduct all investigations with respect to employee relations and compliance measures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Current HR certifications
  • Sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company
  • Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ten or more years of experience within human resources preferred

Nice to Have

  • Ten or more years of experience within human resources
  • Employee benefit experience
