About This Role

This HR Generalist role focuses on talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment cycle for attorneys and staff, while also supporting broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and extending offers
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Source passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
  • Maintain proactive pipelines and manage ATS workflows
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and support employer branding
  • Collaborate with attorneys and the Recruiting Committee for summer law clerk hiring
  • Partner with practice group leaders to identify talent needs and recruit experienced attorneys
  • Lead or co-facilitate new hire orientation training
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, materials, and process improvements
  • Assist with coordinating firmwide training sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with ATS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Nice to Have

  • Experience facilitating onboarding or delivering training
  • Experience with internship or mentorship programs
