About This Role

This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while performing light cleaning duties and silverware preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engage with guests who call with questions
• Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Roll silverware and clean menus
• Manage restaurant wait list to ensure guests' expectations of the wait are met
• Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Perform light cleaning

Requirements

• Able to speak, read and understand English
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Able to communicate well
• Able to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet deadline
• Able to effectively problem solve and analyze information
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
• Able to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Able to have continuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service, food service experience preferred
