About This Role

Serve as the welcoming face of the restaurant, greeting guests, managing wait times, and assisting with seating while also handling take-out orders and light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival or over the phone
• Inform guests of their wait time and enter names into the computer system
• Show guests to their table and bid them farewell upon departure
• Assist guests in making menu selections over the phone, take and ring in orders
• Package To Go food and beverages and process payments
• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glass and menus
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly

Requirements

• Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
• Ability to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service or guest service experience preferred
