This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by managing reservations, assisting with needs, and resolving concerns at the Guinness Brewery F&B location. It involves direct customer interaction and operational tasks to support hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Book reservations and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
- Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
Requirements
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Previous guest services experience
