Join Alvita Care as a Home Health Aide in Mercer County to provide compassionate and reliable in-home personal care, Alzheimer's & Dementia care, Palliative & Hospice care, and Geriatric Care Management to private-pay clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Possibly perform RN delegated activities
Requirements
- Valid HHA / PCA certificates
- Covid vaccine or exemption form
- Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain them
- Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
- Ability to work in New York and New Jersey
