About This Role

Provide one-on-one personal care and support to a client in Manasquan, ensuring their safety and comfort at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living needs
• Support mobility, safety, and comfort in the home setting
• Follow an individualized care plan designed for the client
• Communicate any changes in condition to the clinical team
• Help maintain a clean, calm, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability to work weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM
• Kind, patient, and respectful approach to client care
• Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts

Nice to Have

• Experience with transfers and personal care
