About This Role

Join Addus HomeCare as a Certified Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support for seniors and people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the Health Care Team
• Promote a positive image in the community as a leading home care provider

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services
• 75 hours of documented training from an accredited program (for HHA certification)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
