Responsible for maintaining an efficient and friendly office routine and environment, the Home Care Office Support Staff will assist staff, answer phones, and greet visitors. Primary duties include filing, file reviews, computer work, and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones
- Assist staff and greet visitors
- Perform filing, scanning, and report preparation
- Conduct file reviews and data entry
- Work on special projects
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ensure regular, predictable, and consistent attendance
- Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations
- Abide by all company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of work experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry skills
Qualifications
