Guest Services Greeter

About This Role

Greet and guide guests at the Colorado Convention Center and Bellco Theatre, providing assistance, directions, and information about amenities and services. Maintain an excellent public image and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests
• Offer assistance in answering questions regarding the facility, amenities, and services
• Provide directions to locations within the facility and to various amenities and services
• Provide coverage of the reception desk for in-person guests and callers
• Inform guests of amenities and walking distance locations upon inquiry
• Offer solutions to guest complaints and problems, following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Refer unusual or difficult questions and problems to the Guest Services Manager or Lead for proper resolution

Requirements

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Dependability, reliability, and integrity
• Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English and follow directions
• Ability to work a varied schedule including daytime, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college coursework, preferred
