This Food Service Associate role ensures the smooth and effective operation of the food service area by following company guidelines to maintain profitability, deliver high-quality food, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food service department is open and ready for business during operating hours
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
• Effectively communicate with store associates
• Follow all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
• Control food preparation to avoid waste while maintaining sufficient stock
• Treat all associates with dignity and respect
• Promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assist with sign-up and usage
• Ensure the food service appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Keep all food service display cases and glass clean
• Report maintenance problems that cannot be immediately corrected without assistance
