About This Role

This role is responsible for the efficient operation of a shift within a Huck's Market store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store cleanliness to contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and provide courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Ensure store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Handle all customer conflicts using the company's MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Perform specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
• Follow all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances pertaining to store operation
• Operate shift within company guidelines and policies
• Complete a shift checklist according to company policy
• Accurately record all hours worked on the workstation
• Ring all sales on the sales register without exception
• Keep coolers, drink boxes, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted at all times
• Clean and maintain equipment and prepare high-margin products like coffee and fountain drinks
• Actively promote the Huck's Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assist with sign-up and usage
