Food Service Associate

About This Role

This role involves preparing and serving food items, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and restocking supplies for a food service operation. Responsibilities include assembling sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and preparing coffee and espresso drinks, as well as assisting with hot line and grill service.

Responsibilities

• Keep work and service area in a safe, sanitary, and orderly manner
• Understand and comply with County/State/Federal health codes to ensure the health and safety of the customer
• Inventory and restock work stations for needed supplies
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, and pizza
• Prepare soups, coffee, and espresso drinks
• Serve on the hot line, deli station
• Assist at fry station and grill
• Clean preparation and service equipment
