The Food & Beverage Manager leads all food and beverage operations, ensuring an energetic guest experience, profitability, quality, and brand compliance. This role oversees the daily operations of the bar, breakfast, and event service, consistently meeting brand standards and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including bar, breakfast, and event functions
- Ensure exceptional guest service and quick recovery of service issues
- Maintain Aloft and Marriott brand standards across all F&B outlets
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule F&B team members
- Manage department budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs to meet profitability goals
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Develop menus, beverage programs, and promotions aligned with the Aloft brand
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or lifestyle brand
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, food safety, and alcohol service
- Proven leadership, organizational, and financial management skills
- Experience with POS systems and inventory controls
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or lifestyle brand
