Prepare conventional and convenience type foods for patients and cafeteria, following established procedures. Maintain sanitation of food service work areas and stations.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies, principles, and applicable laws.
- Observe appropriate food handling techniques according to hygiene standards.
- Requisition or procure food supplies.
- Prepare conventional and convenience type foods according to production sheets and standing orders.
- Replenish food items as needed.
- Clean and decontaminate patient care and work area stations.
- Sanitize cooking utensils, wash, rinse, and dispose.
