About This Role

The Clinical Practice Nurse provides consultation and leadership in areas of expertise, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing policies, delivering training, and fostering innovation in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and leadership in designated areas of expertise with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to address issues and achieve project objectives
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers and staff, serving as a mentor to support excellence and continuous learning
• Assist regulatory compliance by using knowledge of state, federal, and agency requirements to support and conduct audits, investigations, and chart reviews
• Implement policies, procedures, protocols, and educational programs to maintain compliance and address deficiencies
• Deliver training sessions, seminars, and workshops for staff and practitioners
• Coach staff on policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and best practices
• Contribute to the identification and exploration of innovation opportunities in care delivery models and workflows
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve project objectives with minimal supervision
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards with minimal supervision and support interpretation and application of policies
