Operations and Innovation Master's Intern

About This Role

This internship provides analytical support to the Physician Relations department, focusing on modernizing technology to improve efficiency, functionality, and competitiveness. The intern will research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to streamline tech workflows, potentially incorporating artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute high-level analytical support to a project or department, applying knowledge in marketing, information management, finance, management, economics, or statistics
• Contribute to a full range of project components, including organizing tasks and setting timelines
• Develop tools to identify and document best practices within the department
• Prepare various Excel, Word, or PowerPoint reports and work with database software to develop data extracts and management information reports
• Produce graphic information using Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software for presentations
• Contribute to the development of management information and analysis, providing recommendations and assisting with formal presentations
• Identify alternative solutions to project issues and contribute to the development of project plans
• Assist with the identification and development of training information for new technology

Requirements

• Curiosity about human resources, technology, and their intersection in healthcare
• Strong research skills for data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.
