Supervise and engage a team of Fine Jewelry associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and drive sales. Focus on customer service, merchandise flow, and team development within the JCPenney store environment.
Responsibilities
- Model and hold team accountable for outstanding customer service
- Actively listen to customer issues to resolve problems
- Maximize sales and service by ensuring staff is scheduled appropriately
- Drive planning and execution of events and credit card acquisition
- Coach and develop team by modeling JCPenney's company values to build lasting customer relationships
- Provide direction and support to ensure merchandise flows to the floor efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and presentation standards for customers
- Partner with store management team to source and hire store talent for hourly positions
- Play an active role in the training and development of associates
- Consistently meet established performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, and attendance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Ability to drive performance by solving problems and making smart decisions
- Ability to build positive relationships and strong networks
- Proactive in improving customer experience with energy and urgency
- Confident leader willing to take on challenging assignments
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
