Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate

About This Role

This role involves serving as the in-store expert for fine jewelry, educating customers on products, and driving sales. The associate will also participate in operational tasks like inventory management and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and assist in product decisions
• Inform customers of key product attributes to generate interest and build clientele
• Meet or exceed sales goals by providing in-depth knowledge and customer service for Fine Jewelry
• Actively and enthusiastically engage customers to support the company's Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP)
• Participate in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans)
• Participate in all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse and Defective Merchandise Transfer Out activities
• Maintain sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Ability to drive performance and achieve results
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication
• Adaptability to changing situations
• Courage and confidence to take on challenging assignments
