Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate

About This Role

As a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate, you will serve as the expert on all Fine Jewelry products, educating customers and driving sales in the store. You will also participate in general operations such as inventory processes and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and help make purchasing decisions
• Inform customers of key product attributes to generate interest and build clientele
• Meet or exceed sales goals by providing in-depth knowledge and customer service
• Actively and enthusiastically engage customers to support the company's Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP)
• Participate in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans)
• Participate in all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse and Defective Merchandise Transfer Out activities
• Maintain sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meet established performance standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Ability to drive performance and achieve results
• Skill in building positive relationships and communicating effectively
• Adaptability to changing situations
• Confidence and willingness to take on challenging assignments
