Finance and Accounting Recruiter

About This Role

The Finance and Accounting Recruiter will manage a full desk of recruiting, account management, and new business prospecting within a growing Finance and Accounting division. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing industry professionals, matching them to open roles, and actively growing a new sales prospect list.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviews, and reference checks.
• Follow up on sales leads and acquire new clients while maintaining existing accounts.
• Source active and passive talent by managing job postings, utilizing job boards, attending networking events, and cultivating referrals.
• Successfully match candidates with client's open positions.
• Negotiate salary rates with candidates and prepare them for interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and summaries.
• Identify and market new business opportunities through leads, cross-selling, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct detailed job order discussions with clients and develop strong client relationships through various activities.
• Stay informed on all industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing.
• Proven history of achieving sales quota.
• Experience in developing sales strategies, service level, and price proposals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environments.
• Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solutions-oriented sales/closing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing.
