Data Analyst

About This Role

This role involves analyzing and interpreting healthcare data to identify trends, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making for a dynamic healthcare organization. The Data Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Power Automate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights
• Recommend data-driven solutions and continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Power Automate
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into actionable results
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or a related industry
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
