Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist

About This Role

Enter new badge and award content into a digital Program Library using a content management system, ensuring accuracy and quality of presentation, and supporting the launch readiness of the Program Library.

Responsibilities

• Enter new badge and award content into the Program Library housed in a content management system, following established content models and standards
• Upload and place the provided copies, handouts, stock photography, and approved graphics to ensure accurate, high-quality presentations
• Validate that all content renders correctly in the end-user experience and aligns with designed workflows and page layouts
• Identify and flag issues, inconsistencies, or missing assets and collaborate with the project team for clarification or resolution
• Maintain accurate tracking of completed entries, revisions, and approvals throughout the project timeline
• Coordinate workload across both temporary roles to ensure efficient division of content and consistent quality
• Support the broader Program Library launch effort by assisting with additional project-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Comfortable navigating digital tools and content management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content entries
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions or seek support to maintain workflow efficiency
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a partner role
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Flexible and willing to take on additional duties that support successful project delivery

Qualifications

• None required.

• Experience with content management systems or digital content entry roles
