Finance and Accounting Recruiter

About This Role

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting within the Finance and Accounting division, managing client accounts, and actively prospecting new business. The recruiter will match industry professionals to open roles, negotiate salaries, and drive client relationship growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions, including sourcing, screening, and conducting behavioral-based interviews
• Follow up on sales leads and acquire new clients while managing existing accounts
• Source active and passive talent through job postings, networking, and social media
• Match candidates with clients' open positions
• Negotiate salary rates with candidates
• Prepare candidates for interviews and conduct debriefs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and summaries
• Identify and market new business opportunities through leads and marketing campaigns
• Take detailed job orders from clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through onsite visits and other activities
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing
• Proven history of achieving sales quota
• Experience developing sales strategies, service level and price proposals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environments
• Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments
• Demonstrated knowledge of solutions-oriented sales/closing techniques
• Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing.
