Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to understand their lawn care needs and provide customized solutions. Utilize a proven sales methodology to build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs
• Deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction
• Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach
• Customize sales messaging to match unique lawn care needs
• Utilize a proven sales methodology and processes to close sales
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors

Qualifications
