Field Sales Representative

About This Role

This role involves prospecting for new clients, conducting presentations to small and mid-sized businesses, and closing deals for Auris Payroll and HR solutions. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales skills to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients
• Run in-person and over-the-phone presentations of Auris Payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses
• Close deals within a fast sales cycle
• Maintain existing and prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
• Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry developments
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leadership

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Incentive-driven sales “hunter” mentality
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B sales role

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
• Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
