Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs
• Provide outstanding customer service during in-home consultations
• Learn Renuity's primary product lines, presentation techniques, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts successfully
• Provide best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales process
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays to accommodate customer availability

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
