Join Renuity as a Field Sales Representative to meet with customers in their homes, understand their home improvement needs, and present tailored solutions. This role focuses on direct sales with pre-qualified leads, ensuring a consistent opportunity to achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's mission of revolutionizing home improvement.
Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs
- Provide outstanding customer service during in-home consultations
- Learn Renuity's primary product lines, presentation techniques, and negotiation skills
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones
- Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas
- Promote company products and services effectively
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts successfully
- Provide best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales process
- Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays to accommodate customer availability
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Own a reliable vehicle
