Prospect new clients and close sales of payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses while maintaining client records and continuously developing product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses
- Close deals within a fast sales cycle
- Explain value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM
- Upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services
- Maintain regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager and/or Payroll Division Manager
- Set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via network and referral partnerships
- Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, and contact information, in Atlas CRM
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must live in area relative to job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- At least two years of relevant sales experience
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
- Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
