Field Sales Representative

About This Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. This role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and delivering tailored services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and energy
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household
• Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert prospects into customers
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM system
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
