This role involves independently marketing Verizon products and services to communities, property managers, and owners. The Sales Specialist will plan and execute on-site events, engage consumers to drive sales, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and weekly event scheduling and activation goals
- Schedule events and identify and execute additional marketing tactics
- Pre-promote events and offers
- Establish clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams
- Perform administrative duties including event recapping, finance management and product inventory
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Prior sales experience in related fields (real estate, outside sales, b2b, retail, Telecom) is ideal
- Strong work ethic
- Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable form of transportation
- Full time availability (may include some nights/weekends)
- Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Daily access to the worldwide web with the ability to meet system requirements, printer and phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Entry level with 0-3 months of related experience or training
