Join AT&T as a Field Sales Representative to provide white glove experiences and introduce the latest technology to customers in their homes. Achieve sales goals with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
• Engage with existing customers daily at provided scheduled appointments
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales
• Maintain a valid driver's license and use a company vehicle for official business

Requirements

• 1+ years of commission sales experience
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required, outside sales experience highly preferred

Nice to Have

• Outside sales experience
