Supervise and manage all unit activities related to facilities maintenance and engineering services, developing and mentoring a team, and ensuring client and company objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services.
- Leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members.
- Reward and recognize employees.
- Ensure individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
- Plan and lead daily team briefings.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations.
- Customarily and regularly direct the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent.
- Make or influence employment decisions affecting the team, including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status.
- Develop and execute maintenance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Execute facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications.
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
- Deliver client and company financial targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role of union employees
- Ability to work evenings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently
- Ability to multi-task
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and 1-2 years of experience in a management role of union employees.
