Join BathWorks of Michigan as an Entry Level Sales Representative, where you will meet with homeowners, design their new bath or shower spaces, and guide them through a professional buying process. This role offers paid training and uncapped earning potential, serving Northern Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments
- Design new bath or shower spaces using Jacuzzi products
- Guide customers through a professional and consultative buying process
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more
- Willing to travel throughout Northern Michigan for appointments
- Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
- Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
Qualifications
- No sales experience needed; experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
