Entry Level Sales Representative

About This Role

This role is for an Entry Level Sales Representative who will meet with homeowners, design bathroom spaces using Jacuzzi products, and guide them through a consultative buying process, aiming for high earning potential with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments
• Design new bath or shower space using Jacuzzi products
• Guide customers through a professional and consultative buying process
• Deliver a five-star customer experience

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more
• Lives core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
• Willing to travel throughout the Tri Cities for appointments
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week

Qualifications

• No sales experience needed; experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
