Emerging Store Manager

About This Role

Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end of the store, and make recommendations on overall operations. Support the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables and assume responsibilities in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front end of the store and make recommendations on overall Pharmacy and Retail Store operations
• Support the Store Manager with overall store operations to achieve company deliverables
• Lead and manage store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and model customer service best practices
• Monitor customer service, provide coaching, training, and develop improvement plans
• Supervise store operations and team members, including assigning daily activities and delegating tasks
• Collaborate with external partners to drive the future of the store and identify community outreach opportunities
• Manage store cash, including register counts, bank transactions, and bookkeeping
• Supervise front end and pharmacy inventory, completing resets/revisions and price changes
• Analyze financial and performance data to create action plans and improve store sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory position (does not require experience with direct reports) if no Bachelor's degree
