About This Role

The StreetSide Manager is responsible for leading the e-commerce team, ensuring guest satisfaction through Ultimate Service and achieving productivity goals. This role involves training, coaching, and managing the StreetSide team while maintaining superior guest service.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests as a first priority
• Source, interview, and select all e-commerce team members
• Train, schedule, and manage performance of all e-commerce team members
• Accurately select the highest quality product for StreetSide guests
• Set and communicate daily operational goals to the team
• Monitor product movement and notify the Grocery team of ordering adjustments
• Assist the E-Commerce team with workload management, monitoring out of stocks, and checking product substitutions
• Assist with overall guest and team member safety
• Designate and assign trainers as necessary
• Greet and speak politely with every guest on premises

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years Grocery retail experience
• Maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs and stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
